The book of Ruth has some deep insights into a Christian’s life. We’ll discover in looking at it how Mother’s Day and Pentecost have a commonality and glean some profound lessons about life, women, and God’s desire for us.
So often in history one man played a pivotal role in events. We examine both the positive and the negative examples in scripture and end with an encouragement for us to draw near to God, so that we can be that one man or woman to play a positive pivotal role in times of need or crisis.
One of the central points that was emphasized repeatedly by the apostles as they preached the gospel message was the resurrection of Jesus Christ – their message pointed people to a LIVING Savior.
Today I want to emphasize the positive reasons why I observe God’s Holy days, and see if you can agree.
Hopefully, they can teach us a lesson that will help us succeed in our Christian walk.
