Scripture speaks of the Mind and the Heart. The Word that became Jesus Christ is the great Communicator. What can we learn from His example during His earthly ministry in our communication as God’s children?
Sometimes it can easy to overlook an offering that God commanded to be performed during the Days of Unleavened Bread that points to our savior, Jesus Christ.
The Book of Haggai talks about a blessing that is for the whole world. There is something within this book that can help us understand Christ’s sacrifice, His leadership, and blessing much deeper if we’ll just look closer.
Should we participate in the late winter early spring celebration of Mardi Gras? To answer this question, we examine the origin of its celebration in the United States and trace the roots of it back to early church history after the death of the original apostles to find that it has no basis in scripture or in what was taught by the first century church. We find that it is related to pagan festivals and practices that God condemns in scripture.
