The above rates are based on single and double occupancy. Add $10.00 per room night for each additional adult in room. The above rates are non-commissionable and do not include the 13% state and local taxes. (subject to change)

The rates above are specific to the room types offered and are based upon availability at the time of reservation. Premium room types and suites are not offered at a discount with this booking.

Reservation Booking Cut-off and Expiration

The Perdido Beach Resort will accept reservations at the courtesy rates above until their cutoff date. Courtesy rates will also expire once the hotel reaches 75% occupancy.

Reservations will be on an individual call -in basis. Please advise your attendees to call the toll free reservations number at 1-800-634-8001 and identify themselves as participants of Church of God Ministries Feast of Tabernacles, Booking ID #18387 in order to receive the special courtesy rate.

Reservation Deposit

A credit card and the first night’s room and tax will be required to guarantee the reservation.

Arrival/Departure Times

CHECK-IN TIME: 4 P.M.   CHECK-OUT TIME: 10 A.M.

Add a guaranteed early arrival of 1pm for an additional $50.00.  Add a guaranteed late departure of 12pm for an additional $50.00.  Subject to availability.

Cancellation

We require a $99 non-refundable deposit when initially making reservations.  We process a 50% deposit 45 days prior to the arrival. Any changes or cancellations can be made without additonal penalty prior to this 45 day mark. Any changes or cancellations made within 45 days will result in a forfeiture of the $99 deposit and the 50% deposit.

Red Sky Travel Insurance

We offer travel insurance through Red Sky which will make your 50% deposit refundable if you need to cancel within 45 days. This policy would cover situations such as hospitalization, death in the family, or accident on the way to the property.

No Unit Guarantee

We make every effort to keep all guests in the room they requested or originally booked. However the resort does reserve the right to move the room if needed. If this situation were to arise we will contact the guest immediately to find another suitable unit.

Minimum Age Requirements

The guest who will be physically checking into each room must be at least 25 years of age. Identification is verified at each check-in.
