Messages
So often in history one man played a pivotal role in events. We examine both the positive and the negative examples in scripture and end with an encouragement for us to draw near to God, so that we can be that one man or woman to play a positive pivotal role in times of need or crisis.
One of the central points that was emphasized repeatedly by the apostles as they preached the gospel message was the resurrection of Jesus Christ – their message pointed people to a LIVING Savior.
Today I want to emphasize the positive reasons why I observe God’s Holy days, and see if you can agree.
Hopefully, they can teach us a lesson that will help us succeed in our Christian walk.
In Luke 12:1, Christ specifically addressed the “Leaven of the Pharisees.” We’ll examine the two fold aspect of this instruction to His disciples. What Christ addressed is every bit as relevant today as it was back then.
We will focus on the scriptures that speak about Christ’s suffering, sacrifice, and death of Jesus Christ, and why He did what He did?
