Some claim that using this verbiage from Matthew 28:19 when baptizing someone proves that there is a Trinity or Triune God. Is that claim true? And, what does it mean to be baptized “in the name of” Jesus Christ? What about being baptized “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit?” Is there a difference?
