The Bible describes what many would think of as an arcane practice of offering what was called a “peace offering” to God. This offering was unique in that it contained attributes that no other offering did. God, the priest and the offerer all being satisfied by the offering – all sat and ate and were satisfied. This pictures what God and Jesus Christ desire to do with each one of us.
